Samsung Galaxy A03 arrives in India with Unisoc SoC, TFT panel, and 48MP dual camera

Samsung has released yet another budget category smartphone that targets a Sub-10K price tag. The Samsung Galaxy A03 is the third phone under the A03 series from the South Korean giant and starts at a price of just INR 10,499/-. Here’s a walk-through of the new smartphone in the market.

Samsung Galaxy A03 Pricing and Availability

The Samsung Galaxy A03 in India arrives in two trims. The base variant has 3GB+32GB storage with a price tag of INR 10,499/- while the higher 4GB+64GB variant has a price tag of INR 11,999/- in the country. You can choose from Red, Blue, and Black color variants with the Galaxy A03.

Samsung Galaxy A03 Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A03 is a budget smartphone with a sound specs sheet onboard. This includes a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop-shaped notch housing a 5MP shooter. The phone runs on a Unisoc T606 SoC clocked at a 1.6GHz max frequency.

Moving on, you get 32GB and 64GB storage trims as mentioned above. You can still expand the storage to a whopping 1TB using a microSD card slot should you need that kind of storage. There’s 3/4GB RAM onboard which is non-expandable.

About the software front, Galaxy A03 runs on Android 11-powered OneUI Core 3.1 which is a watered-down and lightweight variant of OneUI 3.1. The phone uses a dual SIM card setup with a dedicated memory card slot. About the cameras, the rear cam setup has a 48MP primary shooter with a 2MP depth auxiliary sensor on-board giving you a dual-camera setup to enjoy. Other specifications remain as usual to the price tag so you have a dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0 port, GPS, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack among others.
