Redmi Note 11S to launch on February 9 in India

Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 11S smartphone in India and has scheduled the launch event for February 9. The Redmi sub-brand has posted a live page for its upcoming device on Amazon and the official website while hiding the spec details.

Xiaomi has made the announcement of its upcoming Redmi Note 11S on January 24 which is the same day the company had launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro back in 2019. Xiaomi India head, Manu Kumar Jain, shared in a Twitter post promising to offer the Redmi Note legacy with Note 11S.

There are a few rumours and leaks that suggest the expected specs. So, let’s get to them.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S Expected Price

Redmi Note 11S is said to arrive with a quad rear camera system comprising a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM2 main sensor, an 8MP Sony IMX355 sensor for ultrawide purpose, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth lens. It could feature a centred punch-hole front camera.

Redmi Note 11 5G

The Note 11S is expected to be powered by a MediaTek chipset whose details are still behind the curtains. Since the Redmi Note 11S will launch in low midrange, it is more likely to arrive with 4G connectivity instead of 5G support. Memory options may include 6GB + 64GB as base variants with 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB models.

Now that Redmi has officially teased the Note 11S, the company could gradually drop more hints about the device specifications in the upcoming days. The company has set the global launch of the Redmi Note 11 series on January 26 through an online event.
