The Realme 12 Pro Series will launch in the country today and will include 2 smartphones- Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro Plus 5G. The successor to the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro Plus smartphones, the upcoming pro number series will keep a focus on cameras and will not only have its India, but global launch as well. Realme 12 Pro Series: Livestreaming Details
The launch event of the Realme 12 Pro Series will stream live via Realme’s YouTube channel. It is an on-ground event that is taking place in Delhi and will begin at 12 Noon IST. Here is the link to watch the event online.
Realme 12 Pro Series: Expected Price
As mentioned above, Realme 12 Pro Series will include 2 smartphones- Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro Plus. The Realme 12 Pro is expected to be priced around Rs. 26,000 while the Realme 12 Pro Plus is expected to begin around Rs. 30,000. There is expected to be an increase of around 2k in price compared to the predecessor Realme 11 Pro Series.
Realme 12 Pro Series: Design
Last year when Realme launched the 11 Pro Series, the brand claimed that going forward every series will have a signature design. Delivering on its promise, Realme has partnered with global luxury watch designer Olivier Saveo to give the smartphones a Rolex-inspired luxury watch design for the rear panel. The devices have a rounded camera assembly and a polished sunburst dial while the back panel is made of vegan leather.
Realme 12 Pro Series: Expected features
Realme 12 Pro Series smartphones are said to sport a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The devices will run Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 out of the box and pack 5000mAh batteries with 67W wired fast charging.
The Realme 12 Pro is said to be powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset while Realme 12 Pro Plus is said to be powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. In terms of camera optics, the Realme 12 Pro Plus might have a 50MP main, 64MP periscope, and 8MP ultrawide camera with a 32MP snapper on the front.
Whereas the Realme 12 Pro is said to have a 50MP main, 32MP secondary, and an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 16MP selfie lens at the front.
