Poco is about to launch yet another mid-range smartphone in India, called the Poco X6 Neo. Ahead of its official launch, the company’s e-commerce partner, Flipkart, has launched a dedicated microsite, revealing some key smartphone specifications. Let’s dive into what the microsite mentions without any further ado.
Poco X6 Neo To Feature An AMOLED Screen
According to Flipkart’s microsite, the Poco X6 Neo will feature a display with a screen-to-body ratio of 93.3 percent and symmetrical bezels on three sides. Further, the AMOLED display will support 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 1000 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The phone has a hole-punch cutout on the front that houses the selfie shooter.
Flipkart Microsite Also Reveals Details About Camera And Processor
Another key detail revealed before the launch is that the phone features a 108MP primary camera, which offers 3x in-sensor zoom. In other words, the camera zooms into the center of the 108MP picture to create a nearly lossless zoom shot. The phone’s rear panel also houses a secondary camera, details of which aren’t known at the moment. However, we do get to see the rectangular camera island that runs across the length of the phone. It also houses the Poco branding at the top right and a flash at the bottom.
The Poco X6 Neo will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC. Buyers should get to choose from two configurations: 6/128GB and 12/256GB. The handset also supports virtual RAM expansion, extending the RAM by 12GB. Other details on the microsite suggest that the phone will be 7.69mm thick, feature an IR blaster, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a SIM tray on the left frame. The power/volume buttons reside on the right frame. Last but not least, we can see the smartphone in two colors, including golden and blue.
Poco X6 Neo Launch Time And Expected Price
More details about the Poco X6 Neo should surface at its launch, which is scheduled for March 13 at 12:00 PM IST. We expect the phone to cost around Rs. 25,000 in India.
