In August 2023, Poco launched M6 Pro 5G in the Indian market. At the time of launch, the M-Series device came out in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB storage configurations. The company then confirmed that more storage options will be available in the upcoming months and it has surely lived up to its promise. This is because 2 more storage models have been announced to date.

Poco announced a 4GB+128GB model in September and now in November, a new storage option has gone live. Read on to find out which variant it is.

Poco M6 Pro New Storage Option Goes on Sale

Poco India has announced the 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage option for Poco M6 Pro 5G that has gone on sale from today (29th November). This storage model is available for purchase via Flipkart for Rs. 14,999. As a launch offer, the company is offering a flat 2000 rupees instant discount on the purchase of the new storage variant taking its price down to Rs. 12,999. Offer is valid on HDFC or ICICI credit card holders. The Poco M6 Pro 5G 8GB+256GB model is available in Power Black and Forest Green shades.

Poco M6 Pro 5G: Specifications

The Poco M6 Pro 5G sports a 6.79-inch LCD display with FHD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 550 nits peak brightness, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1500:1 contrast ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno 613 GPU. The smartphone runs MIUI 14 based on Android 13 and packs a 5000mAh battery under the hood with 18W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. In terms of the camera, at the back is a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth sensor with LED Flash. At the front is a 5MP selfie camera.

Additional features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, Hi-Res audio, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an IR port, an IP53 rating, and more. Connectivity features include Dual-SIM 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. Poco M6 Pro 5G weighs 199 grams and has dimensions of 168.6×76.28×8.17mm
