Nothing Phone (1)

Nothing Phone (1) was launched in India with much fanfare. However, it all seems to wear out, considering the current scenario going around the device. Multiple users online have registered complaints regarding issues related to the design. Most of the people have also requested a replacement too.

Various reports suggest that the users are complained about a green tint on the screen, which was spoiling their streaming and viewing experience.

A Twitter user shared a tweet that had images in which the alignment with the wire tape is quite clear. Another user said that he is facing issues while returning a piece on Flipkart that has a flawed design.

Apart from that, a user shared a tweet saying that he got a damaged phone in replacement of his Nothing Phone (1). Now, it seems like the replacement thing is going to be nothing less than a nightmare.

Is it the only issue with the Nothing Phone (1)

Well, in a way, yes, and in a way, no. Why I am saying so because there is no other software or hardware issue (according to the reports) with the phone at this point in time. However, many users are facing delivery delay issues regarding the handset.

Nothing India head Manu Sharma intervened in the matter and even apologised for the delay faced by the customers who even pre-registered for the device.

This thing can undermine the brand value of Nothing as the customers nowadays prefer quick response, decent devices, and on-time delivery. Until now, there has been no reply from Nothing regarding the design flaw.

Expectations are we will soon get to know more details regarding the same from company officials. Until then, customers should keep a little bit of patience = because that’s the best they can do right now.

To recall, the Nothing Phone (1) was launched in the Indian market a couple of weeks ago. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and operates on the Nothing OS based on Android 12 OS. The smartphone is available in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 31,999.
