Oppo Pad 2 spotted on 3C Certification Website: Launch imminent

Oppo launched its first Pad in February 2022 and seems like one year later, Oppo is working on launching the successor to its Oppo Pad, namely the Oppo Pad 2. The Oppo Pad 2 was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website a few days ago and now the Pad has been seen on the 3C Certification Website in China. The Specs of the Oppo Pad 2 have also been leaked.

According to the 3C Certification website, the Oppo Pad 2 has the model number OPD2201. Fast charging support has also been confirmed by the 3C certification website. For expected specs, read on.

The Oppo Pad 2 is expected to sport an 11-6-inch 2800×2000 pixel resolution panel. It is rumored to have a refresh rate of 144Hz, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support.  The Pad is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The Oppo Pad 2 is speculated to feature a 13MP camera at the back and an 8MP camera at the front. It will run Android 13 OS out of the box with ColorOS 13 on top. The Pad 2 might pack a 9150mAh battery under the hood with 67W fast charging which is a major upgrade over the 33W fast charging for Oppo Pad that launched last year. These are the only specs that have been leaked so far, more will surface as the launch gets confirmed. The Oppo Pad 2 might be a WiFi-only device with no cellular connectivity.

Other Connectivity options might include WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, and more.
