The wait is over! On Monday, November 11, 2024, Oppo India announced that it will launch the Find X8 series in a global launch event scheduled toward the end of this month. Per the official press release, the event will be held in Bali, Indonesia, and will witness the Oppo Find X8, Find X8 Pro, and the ColorOS 15.

Oppo Global Launch Date And Time Confirmed

Oppo India will officially reveal the Find X8 series on November 21, 2024, at 10:30 IST. Following the event, the phone should be available to purchase in the country within a few weeks or so. There could be an introductory discount or offer in place, which should encourage more buyers to pre-order the device. However, the company hasn’t confirmed anything about this.

Oppo Find X8 Series Key Features And Highlights

Given that the phone is already available in China, we know almost everything about it, including its specifications, features, and price. While the Find X8 fits a slim periscope zoom camera into a sleek, light design that is 7.85mm slim and weighs a mere 193 grams, the Find X8 Pro comes with a bigger 6.78-inch screen that features quad-curved glasses on both sides.

The Find X8 Pro also features a dual-periscope telephoto camera for added versatility. Interestingly, Oppo is implementing different GenAI models for different levels of camera zoom as part of a feature called AI Telescope Zoom. The regular Find X8 will be available in Star Gray and Space Black, while the Find X8 Pro will be available in Space Black and Pearl White (with a pearlescent pattern).

Last but not least, the Oppo Find X8 is powered by a 5,630 mAh battery, and the Find X8 sports a slightly bigger 5,910 mAh battery. At the core of the flagship experience, besides the innovative camera setup, is the Dimensity 9400 SoC that offers high performance and supports on-device, multimodal Gemini Nano.
