Oppo officially announced an elder sibling of its popular F5 model in the Philippines. Named as the Oppo F5 Youth, the handset flaunts a 6-inch 18:9 screen aspect ratio display with full HD+ display.

Oppo F5 Youth Specification and Features, and Comparison with Oppo F5
To begin with, the new F5 Youth isn’t very different from the Oppo F5, in terms of design and display. However, the F5 Youth features slightly toned down specifications. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P23 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage, and a slot for microSD card to expand storage up to 256GB. In comparison, Oppo F5 have 4GB/6GB RAM and 32GB/64GB onboard storage.

The camera specification of Oppo F5 Youth is also different from the Oppo F5. In optics, the former sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, and a 16MP selfie shooter camera with f/2.0 aperture, instead of the 16MP rear camera and 20MP with f/2.0 aperture front camera on F5.
Rest of the specification on Oppo F5 Youth is same as its elder brother – a 3200mAh battery, Android Nougat based ColorOS 3.2 and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. On the connectivity front, the handset supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 and dual SIM support.
Oppo F5 Youth Price and Availability
The OPPO F5 Youth comes in Black and Gold color options and is priced at 13990 Philippine Peso (roughly to Rs. 17,880). The phone will soon hit the Indian sub-continent, as the company already promised it at the F5 launch event.
