Canon India expanded its DSLR arsenal by launching the EOS M100 – newest member of its EOS M series mirrorless interchangeable-lens cameras. The camera succeeds canon’s EOS M10 that was revealed back in August.
Apart from the Camera, Canon also launched its new range of lenses that includes the TS-E50mm f/2.8L Macro, TS-E90mm f/2.8L Macro, and TS-E135mm f/4L macro and EF85mm f/1.4L IS USM, and Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT.

Canon EOS M100 Features
The Canon EOS M100 comes with a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor and a DIGIC 7 processor. There is also a Dual-Pixel CMOS autofocus on the camera that lets user capture a moving subject with precision. Canon claims that the EOS M100 is capable of fast continuous shooting speed of up to 6.1fps during fixed AF and 4.0 fps during servo AF.
The display on EOS M100 is a 3-inch 180-degree tilt up touch panel LCD screen and includes a “Creative Assist” feature that simplifies the complexity of the camera settings and brings easy assisting in editing and connectivity options – you can configure and save up to six Creative Assist settings for frequent use.

The ISO range on EOS M100 varies from 100-25600, allowing users to click beautiful images with minimum noise in a low-lighting condition. Besides, the camera has 60p full-HD video recording support, self-portrait mode, and a list of creative features.
At the connectivity front, you can connect your EOS M100 camera with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.
Canon EOS M100 Price and Availability
In India, the Canon EOS M100 retails for Rs. 39,995 and is available in only black color option. The EOS M100 is available with a single kit option the EF-M15- 45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM kit.
You can even pair the Canon EOS M100 with one of the latest TS-E series lenses. The TS-E50mm f/2.8L Macro, the TS-E90mm f/2.8L Macro, and the TS-E135mm f/4L Macro all are priced at Rs. 1,72,995, while the EF85mm f/1.4L USM comes with a price tag of Rs. 1,17,995 and the Macro Twin Lite MT-26EX-RT is priced at Rs. 64,999.
