Oppo’s selfie phone were massive hits last year and it only makes sense that the Chinese Manufacturer, that primarily caters to offline market, steps up and upgrade its F-series ‘selfie experts’ to the next level.
And that’s where the recently leaked Oppo F3 Plus and Oppo F3 come in. Marketing material for both surfaced in Philippines, but it’s very likely that both would be presented in India sooner rather than later.

Just as the Vivo V5 and V5 Plus, these new Oppo phones will have dual selfie cameras, presumably to add those creamy bokehs in your self-portraits. And since beating the rival megapixel count is of utmost importance in the raging selfie race, a 20MP selfie camera is on the cards. Unfortunately, we don’t have any other details of these upcoming Oppo phones in India yet.
Oppo is also holding an event in India on March 23, and it could probably officially introduce the F3 and F3 Plus then.
In related news, Oppo recently showcased its ingenious 5X camera zoom technology at MWC 2017, that can help place huge lens assemblies in slim smartphones without any visible camera hump. The new 5X Zoom dual camera system accomplishes this by diverting light to the Telephoto lens via a high precision, optically stabilized prism. The prototype it brought at MWC worked as advertised.
