TL; DR
- Oppo has officially confirmed its F35 series will launch in India with a teaser, though it hasn’t revealed a date, models, or pricing yet.
- Leaks point to a 10,000mAh battery on the F35 Pro variant, priced between ₹40,000-45,000, a steep jump from the F33 Pro’s ₹37,999 launch price.
- The F35 Pro will face direct competition from similarly large-battery phones already priced lower, including the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max launching within days of it.
Oppo India ended weeks of guessing games this morning. Through an official teaser, the company confirmed that its F35 will indeed land in India. However, everything else remains under wraps, well, sort of. We don’t know the launch date, model names, or price. Rumors, however, point to a 10,000 mAh battery.

What Oppo Actually Showed You, Versus What’s Just A Rumor
The teaser shows only the top edge of a phone, highlighting rounded corners, a center punch-hole camera, and slim bezels (perhaps with a bottom chin, which remains hidden for now). A glowing orange outline lights these design elements against a black backdrop, with “F35 Series 5G” and a “Coming Soon” tag doing the rest of the talking.
That’s everything officially confirmed right now. Now, let’s turn our attention to the rumors and leaks about the smartphone series, because there are plenty. The most persistent rumor pegs the F35 Pro between ₹40,000 and ₹45,000. Given that the F33 Pro launched at ₹37,999, the F35 Pro looks like an expensive update, at least for now.

This also brings the F35 Pro closer to the Vivo S2 and the Motorola Edge 70 Pro.
A Battery Number That Won’t Be Special For Long
What’s more concerning is that the rumored spec sheet looks like a mid-range phone from 2025. The handset might feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED panel at 120Hz, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset (perhaps the weakest link), UFS 3.1 storage, and a 50MP main camera paired with an equally capable 50MP selfie sensor.
The 10,000 mAh cell is meant to be the standout spec. On its own, the battery capacity is nearly 3,000 mAh more than the outgoing F33 Pro. However, zooming out a little reveals that the phone could actually win the market on this claim. Yes, phones with 10,000 mAh batteries already exist, but if Oppo prices this well, it could appeal to buyers who want to get rid of battery anxiety once and for all.
