Oppo A57 With 3GB RAM, VoLTE Support To Hit The Indian Market On Feb 3

Chinese electronics manufacturing company, Oppo, announced the arrival date of its lower mid-range smartphone, the A57, for the Indian market via a tweet. The phone was first launched in the company’s home ground in November last year and will be officially introduced in India on 3rd February.

The A57 sports a 5.2-inch HD display that is secured by a 2.5D curved glass on top. The processor inside the phone is a 1.4GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 processor which is supported by an Adreno 505 GPU and 3GB RAM.

The A57 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the company’s very own ColorOS 3.0 skin on top. Along with that, the phone features an in-built storage space of 32GB.

As far as the optics are concerned, the Oppo A57 features a 13MP camera on the back featuring f/2.2 aperture apart from various features, such as a 5P lens and LED Flash. On the front, it has a 16MP camera that has a 1.3-inch customized sensor, f/2.0 aperture as well as a 5P lens.

The phone also supports 4G VoLTE and packs a 2,900mAh battery. Other than that, it features a metal unibody design and has a front-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in its home button.

The A57 is available in two color variants (Gold and Rose Gold) and has been priced at Rs. 14,990. The phone would be available at all retail stores across the country as well as through E-commerce websites starting 3rd February.
