On January 23rd, OnePlus is set to showcase its latest offerings at a launch event in India. The spotlight of the event will be on the much-anticipated OnePlus 12, the new flagship phone. Accompanying it will be the OnePlus 12R, widely speculated to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3. Additionally, OnePlus is introducing its latest TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earbuds, the ‘OnePlus Buds 3,’ which were initially unveiled alongside the OnePlus Ace 3 in China earlier this month.

OnePlus has officially announced the launch of the OnePlus Buds 3 in India, with the brand confirming the news on X earlier today. The True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds are scheduled to be revealed alongside the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R during the upcoming event.
Positioned as the successor to the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, the OnePlus Buds 3 is anticipated to be the brand’s premium offering in the TWS category. In China, the OnePlus Buds 3 is priced at CNY 499 (approximately Rs 5,800), and expectations are that the pricing in India will be around the same or potentially higher.
Presenting a glossy finish, the OnePlus Buds Ace 3 comes in two captivating color choices: Space Ash and Sunny Sea Blue. The teaser prominently features the Blue variant, hinting at the aesthetic appeal. However, it is anticipated that the launch event will unveil both color options for users to choose from.

The OnePlus Buds Ace 3 which is going to be launched in India as OnePlus Buds 3 is feature-packed, offering three microphones and an impressive low latency of 94ms. With advanced functionalities like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res Audio support, and 3D surround space sound effects, it promises an immersive audio experience. The earbuds also incorporate Dynamic Bass technology for enhanced audio quality.
Integrating touch controls, the OnePlus Buds 3 allows users to manage music playback, adjust volume, and more with ease. Its USB Type-C port and fast charging support enable a quick 10-minute charge to provide up to 7 hours of music playback.
In terms of battery life, the OnePlus Buds 3 excels. With ANC activated, they deliver 6.5 hours of usage, extending to an impressive 28 hours with the charging case. When ANC is turned off, the earbuds can last up to 10 hours and an extended 44 hours with the case. The earbuds house a 58mAh battery, while the case packs a robust 520mAh battery, ensuring extended usage without compromising on performance.
