Indian tipster Mukul Sharma has shared some images shot on the OnePlus 12. There are three images in total. Although he doesn’t specify the sensor from which these images are clicked, the upcoming smartphone is said to come with a triple-rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultrawide sensor, and a 64MP telephoto sensor.

The Tipster Shares Three Images

The first image in Sharma’s tweet appears to be from the ultrawide sensor, as there’s a color difference between the one and the other shots. In the picture, we can see some brightly lit and dark parts where the phone seems to have done a decent job handling the dynamic range.

The other two images offer a zoomed-in perspective of the same scene. The second image doesn’t retain much detail, indicating that it could be a cropped version taken from the primary camera. The third image, however, contains much more detail as the text on some posters is clearly visible, suggesting that this could be from the phone’s telephoto sensor.

As mentioned earlier, there is a clear color shift among the sensors. The first image shows the wall in the background in the shade of rust, while, in the other two pictures, the wall appears to be of a brighter hue. Nonetheless, the tipster states he hasn’t taken these images himself.

Although it is too early to comment on the OnePlus 12’s camera since the company hasn’t released the smartphone, nor is there an official launch date, such images give us an idea of what to expect from the phone, especially since it is going to compete against the Android flagships like Pixel 8, Galaxy S23, iQoo 11, etc.
