OnePlus recently launched the special Jupiter Rock edition of the OnePlus 11 in China and now it seems the brand will launch this special edition smartphone in India as well. Although OnePlus has not officially announced anything about the India launch of the Jupiter Rock Edition, reliable tipster Max Jambor claims that the device will soon come to India.

OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Edition: How is it different?
The company claims that the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Edition looks similar to the surface of the planet Jupiter. It is the first-ever smartphone to use a volumetric microcrystalline rock material and has the texture of 3-dimensional material that varies naturally, eradicating repetition and monotony and showing off a distinct elegance. OnePlus claims it to be an unprecedented material crossover in the industry.
It took OnePlus over a year to research and develop the back panel and the material went through 9 complicated steps before it can be used on the back of a OnePlus 11 smartphone. The panel is so hard that they are only 25% efficient while the green grass panels are 50% efficient.

The OnePlus 11 5G Jupiter Rock Edition has been launched in China in a single storage model of 16GB RAM and 512GB storage for CNY 4899 (Rs. 58,560). India’s price might be around the same lines.

OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock Edition features a 6.7-inch LTPO 3.0 AMOLED QHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 1300 nits brightness, and a punch hole cutout on the front.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno 740 GPU and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage. The smartphone runs Android 13 based OxygenOS and features a 16MP selfie camera at the front. At the back is a Hasselblad-equipped triple camera setup including a 48MP primary lens with OIS, Sony IMX581 ultrawide lens, and a 32MP Sony IMX709 RGBW 2x telephoto sensor.
