OnePlus 10 Ultra (Pro+) design patent sketches leaked online: Report

OnePlus is working on the OnePlus 10 Ultra which will be a flagship device from the house of OnePlus. Last week, some reports confirmed that the device is in Engineering and Verification Testing (EVT) phase, which meant that the company is conducting early tests on its prototypes.

Although the device is being referred to as the OnePlus 10 Ultra, tipster Yogesh Brar claims that it might be called OnePlus 10 Pro+.

Now, leakster Techinsider has shared some sketches and images of what can be the design of the OnePlus 10 Ultra with a design similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro. Because it looks like an enhanced version of the OnePlus 10 Pro, it might be called OnePlus 10 Pro+.

OnePlus 10 Ultra/Pro+ Expected Design

The patent images from Techinsider show the smartphone from all angles. The front side of the OnePlus 10 Ultra has a punch-hole display, whereas its rear side has a squarish camera module that is fused with the right edge. The camera unit has dual cameras on top followed by a periscope lens and secondary display.

The left side of the device has a volume rocker, whereas its right side has an alert slider and power key. There is a microphone on the top and bottom houses speaker grille, USB-Type C port, and a SIM card slot.

Yogesh Brar has left a comment on Techinsider’s tweet regarding the patent images and he claims that the OnePlus 10 Ultra might debut as OnePlus 10 Pro+ and it was planned to launch alongside the OnePlus 10 Pro.

Currently, the smartphone is in the EVT phase and the design could be different from what is leaked through images.

OnePlus has already launched its OnePlus 10 Pro in China and the device is expected to hit the Indian markets soon. Right now it is unclear if the company will launch the OnePlus 10 Ultra/Pro+ along with the OnePlus 10 Pro.

There is no information about the specs of the OnePlus 10 Ultra so the news should be taken with a pinch of salt till more details get clearer.
