Back in October, Nothing launched its latest budget offering, the Phone 3a Lite, in global markets, revealing little to no information about the handset’s Indian launch. However, the Carl Pei-led company has now confirmed the launch of the smartphone for India, without revealing the launch date or pricing.

Nothing India Teases The Phone 3a Lite In Two Colors
On November 11, 2025, Nothing India teased the upcoming Phone 3a Lite on its official X (formerly Twitter) account. The handle uploaded a picture of the phone in its white and black colors, along with the caption “Lite-ning is always accompanied by something more.”
Furthermore, the caption includes an emoji next to the phone’s name, which signifies a gift or present, suggesting that the company could release the phone with a special goodie or freebie for its customers. However, amid all this, the phone’s release date remains under wraps.

Phone 3a Lite Specifications & Price (Expected)
That means that the Nothing Phone 3a Lite could feature a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that supports 120Hz of refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, run on the Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset (paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD card), and sport a triple-rear camera system that includes a 50MP primary camera.
Additional features of the phone could include a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 33W wired charging, an IP54 dust- and water-resistant rating, and a 16MP front-facing camera. Out of the box, the phone runs Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 16. Globally, Nothing has promised to provide the phone with three years of major operating system updates and six years of security updates.
In India, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite should be priced around Rs. 20,000 to 25,000, but that remains a conjecture at the moment.
