Nokia G11 Plus enters the Indian market for Rs 12,499

Without much fanfare, Nokia has rolled out a new smartphone named Nokia G11 Plus into the Indian market. The teaser of the device was shared previously, but there was no confirmation regarding the launch date. The smartphone belongs to the budget cadre and has an average design with Nokia branding in the middle of the rear panel. At the front, the device has a waterdrop notch display and a thick chin.

As for the pricing, the Nokia G11 Plus’ 4GB RAM variant with 64GB internal storage is available in the market for Rs 12,499. The smartphone is being shipped in two different colour options – Grey Shades and Lake Blue. Right now, the smartphone only has a single RAM variant. We can get to see another variant in the near future.

Nokia G11 Plus specifications and features

The Nokia G11 Plus comes with a 6.5-inch display coupled with 720×1600 pixels resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The device has an aspect ratio of 20:9, and it also gets a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It works on the Unisoc T606 processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The storage of the handset can also be expanded up to 512GB via a microSD card. The smartphone operates on the Android 12 operating system and has promised updates for up to Android 14.

When it comes to the camera, the Nokia G11 Plus rocks a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary snapper and a 2MP depth snapper. On the front, the handset has an 8MP shooter for the sake of selfies and video calls. It draws power from a 5000mAh battery along with 10W USB Type-C port charging support. As claimed by Nokia, the handset can go on for three days once charged completely. The smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for the purpose of security.
