Lenovo-owned Motorola will globally unveil its first set of 2018 phones on April 19, as per the official invite. Although the invitation didn’t mention which device it is going to be, we are counting on the release of Moto G6-family that has been leaking left and right for the past few months.
According to previous rumors, there will be three G6-series phones this year – The Moto G6, Moto G6 Play, and Moto G6 Plus. The biggest highlight of these phones is going to be the swanky 18:9 display, which makes them the first Moto phone to flaunt one.

Multiple renders of the phone suggest that the entire Moto G6 series won’t come with a drastic design change. Apart from the full vision display and trimmed bezels, the phone still has a camera hump on the back and a moto dimple just below it.
As for the specification, the Moto G6 boasts a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display protected by a Gorilla Glass on top. It is expected to rock a 1.8GHz octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Other leaked specification of the phone includes 12MP+5MP rear camera set up, an 8MP front camera, Android Oreo running out of the box.
