Motorola has fully revealed the Edge 70 Pro+ on its official Indian website ahead of its June 4 launch. And ahead of launch, leaks have also confirmed pricing, with the sole 12 GB + 256 GB variant set to retail for ₹47,999. Let’s take a look at the specifications.

Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ Specifications

The Edge 70 Pro+ features a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels. Motorola claims a 96.8% screen-to-body ratio, while the panel supports a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz.

The display also supports HDR10+, 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, SGS-certified low blue light and motion blur reduction, and reaches up to 5,200 nits peak brightness. High-brightness mode can hit 1,800 nits.

Powering the device is MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone ships with Android 16 out of the box. Motorola is promising 3 Android OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates.

On the back, Motorola has equipped the Edge 70 Pro+ with three 50MP cameras. The primary camera uses Sony’s LYTIA 710 sensor with OIS. It is joined by a 50MP ultra-wide camera with AF and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera that supports 3.5X optical zoom. There’s also a 50MP camera for selfies.

The Edge 70 Pro+ packs a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W TurboPower wired charging. The phone also supports 15W wireless charging, 10W wireless reverse charging, and 5W wired reverse charging. Despite the large battery, Motorola lists the thickness at 7.34 mm and the weight at 190 grams.

Durability features include IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings, MIL-STD 810H certification, and Water Touch technology that adjusts touch sensitivity when the screen is wet.

The phone includes dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an infrared blaster, and USB-C.

Motorola will offer the Edge 70 Pro+ in three Pantone-inspired finishes: Zinfandel, Chicory Coffee, and Stormy Sea.
