The smart features of a Mi Band could be experienced on the Band’s compact display. The newer Mi Band 4 has a 0.95-inch color AMOLED touch display with 120×240 pixels resolution. Mi Band 3 display stretches to a smaller 0.78-inch OLED touch display with 80×128 pixels resolution.

Xiaomi claims this display is not only larger in dimension and resolution, but also brighter and vivid. Mi Band 4’s screen is a 2.5D scratch-resistant glass. Going by our personal experience, the Mi Band 3’s screen also manages to hold well against wear and tear over time.

While the Mi Band 3 is limited to three watch faces only, Mi Band 4 sports a staggering 77 colorful watch faces. The peripherals like the body cum strap also come out in 6 different colors viz. Black, Brown, Blue, Orange, and Pink. As for Mi Band 3 is currently available in Black color only.

Mi Band 4 is also released in Avengers limited edition with custom dials matching wrist bands for Captain America, Avengers and Iron Man.

NFC is a nice addition to the Mi Band, but for most consumers in India, this would be a superfluous extra. Well, you could buy the Band 4 in NFC edition or without it. The base variant without NFC is fueled by a 135mAh battery and the NFC equipped model draws power from a smaller 125mAh battery.
