Meizu U10 and U20 Based on YunOS Go Official

Meizu introduced its U-series with the launch of two new handsets U10 and U20 to charm the Chinese consumers. Both the handsets, U10 and U20, are mid-range smartphones with a marginal difference in their cost.

Going through their specs sheet, both are almost identical, other than the size of their display and battery. The U10 sports a 5-inch full HD (1080 x 1920) IPS display backed by a 2760mAh battery. And likewise, U20 sports a bigger 5.5-inch screen powered by a 3,260 mAh battery.

Meizu-U10

Both the Meizu U10 and U20 sport a 13 MP rear shooter aided with dual tone LED flash. On the front, you will find a 5 MP Selfie camera. Under the hood, the twain is powered by octa-core MediaTek Helio processor. Both run FlyMe UI on top of Alibaba’s YunOS out-of-the-box. They both feature a fingerprint scanner embedded underneath the home button for biometric authentication.

Both the handsets offer three color based alternatives – Black, Gold and Rose Gold.

Their release in International market is doubtful as the YunOS is exclusive to the Chinese market. The price for Meizu U10 and U20 start at 999 Yuan and 1099 Yuan, respectively.
