Marvel Cinemas latest Thor Love and Thunder has leaked online on pirated websites hours after its theatrical release.

Marvel Studios are back with their latest offering Thor Love & Thunder starring Chris Hemsworth in the titular character. The movie has been released in theatres today and the reviews pouring in are a mixed bag. However, now it seems, Marvel has more to worry about than mixed reviews as the entire movie has leaked online on websites like Tamil Rockers and the pirate bay.

Thor Love & Thunder Movie leaked online

The leak happening hours after the movie was released in cinemas is a massive setback to the studios and Theatre owners. Many fans who must have been waiting for the movie to stream on OTT now might download and stream it from these pirated websites. Although websites that offer pirated content are illegal in the country and are generally blocked, obviously it will be a massive issue for the studio as well as the creators of the movie.

The movie is expected to stream on either Disney+Hotstar or Netflix after 90 days of its run in theatres. However, now that the movie has leaked online, it might stream on OTT by the end of August itself.

It is not the first Marvel movie to be leaked online. Earlier, Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness was also leaked online a day after its release.

The movie revolves around Thor and his battle with the Gorr the God Butcher who wants to take down all the Gods. It is directed by Taika Watiti and stars Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, and Russell Crowe along with Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman.
