Mahindra is all set to launch its three concept electric SUV cars in India in July 2022. The indigenous automobile maker has officially dropped several hints by releasing a series of teaser videos to reveal the design traits of the upcoming EVs.

Mahindra & Mahindra is working on its incoming EVs under its new electric mobility venture named ‘Mahindra Born Electric’. Though the company has not specifically shown the design and specs of the upcoming electric SUVs, the teasers have to say much about them. Let’s dig it out.

Mahindra Electric SUV design

As per the teasers, Mahindra EV appears to have an inclined dashboard including a glossy-looking center console system. The bucket seats of the SUV have an inclusively-designed headrest that appears more like a gaming chair headrest. The internal design sports several air vents possibly to balance the right amount of airflow and heat dissipation.

The driver seat of the e-car is surrounded by illusive red lights all around to give it a cockpit-style look. The concept model will have a hexagonal steering wheel. The multi-information display (MID) and infotainment screen look more like the one used in Mahindra XUV700.

The teaser also shows a panoramic sunroof, uniquely designed alloy wheels, and ultra-slim ORVMs that possibly house cameras for rear viewing. The headlights of all the upcoming three e-SUVs feature extended C-shaped white LED lights across the width of the car. The rear profile also borrows the same design as the front with slim LED taillights.

Mahindra will launch the three concept electric SUVs in three different sizes, preferably like XUV300, XUV500, and XUV700. Though more details are still awaited and we believe the company to drop further information in the following days.
