LG has introduced an expanded OLED TV lineup for 2024 with AI-powered processors. The models in this lineup are the LG Signature OLED M4 and the LG OLED G4, which feature the new A11 AI processor, which improves picture and sound quality. Per the official press release, the processor provides a 70 percent improved graphic performance and 30 percent faster processing speed than its predecessor.

Here’s What The New A11 AI Processor Can Do

The new OLED TVs have AI upscaling that utilizes pixel-level image analysis to sharpen objects and backgrounds that may appear blurry otherwise. The processor can refine color by analyzing frequently used shades that best convey the mood and emotions being depicted on the screen. A feature called Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro splits the pictures into blocks and adjusts the brightness/contrast based on the scene.

New Addition To The Signature OLED M4 Lineup

The LG Signature OLED M4 is now available in a new 65-inch screen size model, which makes it the smallest variant to offer wireless transmission via the Zero Connect Box. For those catching up, the TV supports wireless video and audio transmission at up to 4K resolution at 144Hz. The built-in speakers also deliver rich and full sound. The new LG TVs also support Apple AirPlay and Google Chromecast built-in for better compatibility with mobile devices.

Both M4 And G4 Feature Game Optimizer

Nonetheless, both the new models feature Game Optimizer to let gamers easily switch between display presets. They also support Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync technology to provide a smooth, realistic gaming experience. LG has also improved the webOS experience. The latest version now allows users to create up to 10 individual profiles, customize the home screen, and up to five years of the latest TV experience with the ReNew Program.

The C4 model will continue to offer several screen sizes with the upgraded A9 AI image processor and 144Hz gaming. The B4 is now available in a 48-inch screen version, with upgraded HDMI 2.1 ports and a 120Hz refresh rate. The price for all the models should be revealed shortly.
