Lenovo Tab M9 enters the market with a huge 9-inch display

Lenovo has finally rolled out the Lenovo Tab M9 with amazing specifications and features. It is the successor of the Lenovo Tab M8 4th Generation tablet. The latest offering by Lenovo serves as an entry-level tablet with a Mediatek Helio processor and a large display. The device includes all the basic features like a front camera, standard charging, a durable battery, and a decent amount of storage.

As for the pricing, the 3GB RAM variant of the device with 32GB internal storage is available at a price of $139.99. The tablet also has two other variants, including 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The tablet will go on sale starting in the second quarter of 2023.

Lenovo Tab M9 specifications

Lenovo Tab M9 comes with a 9-inch LCD panel with 400 nits of peak brightness and 1340×800 pixel resolution. It also supports Widevine L1 tech and gets TUV Rheinland eye care certifications, along with offering a reading mode. The tablet works on the Mediatek Helio G80 chipset consisting of two Cortex A75 cores and six A55 cores. The tablet operates on the Android 12 operating system that is upgradable to Android 13 OS.

In terms of optics, the Lenovo offering gets an 8MP rear sensor and a 2MP front sensor. For enhanced audio experience, it also features dual speakers along with Dolby Atmos audio and a microphone to attend the video calls as well. For the purpose of security, the tablet has a fingerprint scanner and a face unlock feature. The Lenovo Tab M9 draws power from the 5100mAh battery along with 15W fast charging support. It has been claimed that the device offers around 13 hours of video playback once charged completely. It is being shipped in two different colour variants – Frost Blue and Arctic Grey.
