Lava has started teasing a new smartphone for the Indian market called the Lava Virat. The company hasn’t shared any specifications yet, though the teaser confirms the launch is around the corner.

At the moment, Lava is keeping most of the details under wraps. The teaser only reveals the Virat branding, with the company expected to announce the phone in the coming weeks.

The upcoming smartphone will join Lava’s expanding portfolio, which already includes the Agni, Storm, Blaze, and Yuva series. Over the past few years, Lava has focused on offering clean Android software, locally manufactured devices, and competitive pricing across the budget and mid-range segments.

There’s no word yet on the processor, display, cameras, battery, or pricing. Those details are expected to be revealed closer to the official launch. However, we are expecting this to be another budget addition to the lineup.

More information about the Lava Virat should surface in the coming days as Lava continues its teaser campaign.
