itel S21 with Dual-Front Camera and Fingerprint sensor Launched: Price and Specification

China-based Transition holdings, itel, launched its first dual-front camera smartphone in India, dubbed as the itel S21. The company claims that the S21 is India’s first and only smartphone under Rs 6,000 to offer a dual front camera.

Addressing the media gathering at the launch event, company’s CEO, Mr. Sudhir Kumar, said “S21, like other products in our smartphone portfolio is a masterpiece. We have focussed extensively on building market disrupting technologies and developing out-of-the-box innovations, and S21 is yet another example of our excellence in delivering aspirational value to our consumers.”

itel S21 Feature and Specification

Starting with its dual-front cameras, the itel S21 sports a 2MP and 5MP selfie shooters with a panoramic field view of 120-degree. The wider aperture allows a user to click group selfies and also toggle between a solo selfie and group selfie options. On the flip side, we have an 8MP sensor with auto-focus, face detection, and other compelling picture enhancement features.

The 5-inch FWVGA IPS Display phone is powered by 64bit 1.1 GHz quad-core processor integrated with Mali-T860 MP1 GPU. The processor is supported by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM, which you can further expand up to 32GB via microSD card. The phone houses 2700mAh battery.

itel S21 will run on Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box and features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, which the company claims can last for a day. In terms of connectivity, it will get both 4G VoLTE and ViLTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS.

itel has launched S21, in India, in three hues – Moonlight Silver, Champagne Gold, and Elegant Black, and has been priced here at Rs 5,999. The phone will be available at select retail stores in the country.
