TRANSSION Holdings has launched the successor to the Infinix S3 released earlier this year. This new phone is being referred to as Infinix Hot S3X and is touted to have AI enabled advanced selfie camera technologies with better battery and an aesthetic form.

Infinix Hot S3X Features
Infinix Hot S3X features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio notch display. The phone boasts a fluidic design at corners and a mirror glass finish at back. It is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-core processor and Adreno 505 GPU. The phone comes with a 3GB RAM and internal storage of 32GB. It even has a dedicated slot that can be used to up to 128GB of secondary storage.
Infinix Hot S3X features dual cameras on the rear consisting of 13MP f/2.0 aperture primary PDAF camera and a 2MP secondary camera for depth sensing. This setup is bolstered with a Dual LED softlight. On the front, S3X features a 16MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and front flash. It also comes with AI Bokeh mode that blurs the background to make the selfies look more appealing.

The handset is powered by Android Oreo 8.1 based XOS 3.3. This phone includes a fingerprint sensor on the rear and also features face unlock. The Hot S3X houses a 4000 mAh battery which is claimed to give up to 23hrs of 4G talk-time and 9 hours of video playback. The phone comes in three color variants: Ice Blue, Sandstone Black, and Tradewinds Gray.
