Infinix Hot 6 Pro With HD+ Display and Face Unlock Launched: Price, Specifications and Features

Transsion Holding’s online exclusive sub-brand Infinix is celebrating its first anniversary in India with the launch of Hot 6 Pro. The new handset competes against the likes of Xioami’s Redmi 5 and Moto G6 Play.

The Hot 6 Pro key highlight includes a FullView display, dual rear cameras, Face Unlock, and a 4000mAh battery. The brand is pitching this new Hot series as “made for watching videos”.

Infinix Hot 6 Pro price in India, availability

Infinix Hot 6 Pro price in India for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage version is set for  Rs 7,999 (MOP). The smartphone is slated to go on sale in India later this week on Flipkart, where it will be available in Sandstone Black, Magic Gold, and Bordeaux Red color options.

Infinix Hot 6 Pro Features

The Infinix Hot 6 Pro houses a 5.99-inch HD+ FullView LCD display with 720×1440 pixels resolution, an 18:9 aspect ratio, 83.4 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a 2.5D curved glass.

The smartphone is powered by slightly dated Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset which is paired with an Adreno 308 GPU, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, and 32GB of inbuilt storage. The phone comes with a dedicated microSD card slot which makes it one of the rear phones in its category. 

Optics wise, the Hot 6 Pro packs a primary 13-megapixel coupled with 2-megapixel fixed focus depth sensor. The default camera app offers a portrait mode, professional mode, time lapse, night mode, panorama, and HDR settings. The selfie camera on the front includes a 5-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and soft-light flash.

The Infinix Hot 6 Pro supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro-USB with OTG, FM radio, and a 3.5mm headphone jack as connectivity options. The phone houses a 4000mAh battery under-the-hood and it is bundled with a 6W charging (5V/ 1.2A) and a TPU cover.
