Infinix is bringing the HOT 70 Pro to India on September 4, with the phone expected to cost under ₹25,000. The company is highlighting features such as an interactive rear display, a Sony camera sensor, IP68 protection, and a 144Hz display.

Expected Specifications

The HOT 70 Pro comes in four finishes: Thermo Orange, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple, and Dive Blue. Thermo Orange changes color with temperature, while Mirage Green glows under UV light. Silk Glow Purple has a textured finish, and Dive Blue uses a matte finish. The phone is as thin as 7.85mm.

One of the phone’s biggest talking points is the Active Matrix Cube, a secondary display on the rear. It can show call and message alerts, charging status, camera information, and weather updates. There are also a couple of mini-games and music-reactive lighting effects. A companion app lets users create custom patterns and share them between two HOT 70 Pro units.

Up front, there’s a 6.76-inch FHD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 950 nits of peak brightness. Infinix claims a 91.86% screen-to-body ratio.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G, paired with a Mali-G57 GPU and UFS 2.2 storage. Infinix says supported games can run at up to 90fps.

For cameras, the HOT 70 Pro uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor, along with Live Photo Mode and an AI object eraser. There’s also an 8MP front camera.

The phone packs a 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging. Infinix claims up to 27.6 hours of daily usage, with 50% charging taking around 25 minutes and a full charge taking about 63 minutes.

The HOT 70 Pro also gets IP68 dust and water resistance, which Infinix says is a first for its HOT series. There’s also speaker self-cleaning that uses low-frequency sound waves.
