Huawei Wireless Charger Exclusively Launched in India: Price, Availability

Huawei has been in the news for the launch of new phones and the camera in its top-rung phones. And out of the blue, the Chinese giant announced the availability of its wireless charger in India.

Using the new wireless charger you could fuel your device without the need for a connecting cable. And the good news is that it works with any smartphone that has integrated Qi functionality and devices equipped with a Qi-receiving battery case. The wireless charger is WPC Qi standard certified.

The charger delivers an output of 15W which should charge a smartphone quicker than the current alternatives in the market.

The charger is convenient and safe at the same time. How, you might be thinking?  It features a built-in chip with foreign object detection which is aimed at avoiding overheating within safe temperature limits. Huawei wireless chargers could detect metal objects and automatically switch off upon detection. It could do the same when the other device reaches full charge.

Thus the company touts multi-layer safety protection to enable a reliable charging experience. In the design department, it has a soft unibody silicon surface ensuring a touch body and which would prevent it from falling. The compact design is likely to fit within your palm. The inbuilt LED indicator would show the real-time charging status. Huawei has been clever to keep a hidden design so that your sleep is not disturbed.

Price and Availability

The wireless charger was first announced during the launch of the Mate 20 Pro last year. Now, Huawei has announced the availability via Amazon.in for Rs. 3,999.
