Google has launched the Pixel Watch 5 alongside the Pixel 11 series at its Made by Google event. The smartwatch keeps the same core Snapdragon platform and overall design as the Pixel Watch 4, with upgrades focused on memory, storage, health tracking, and software.
Pixel Watch 5 Specifications
The Pixel Watch 5 is powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 2, with Google calling this version “Accelerated.” The company claims a 12% CPU boost and a 20% improvement in overall performance, paired with the Cortex-M55 coprocessor.
RAM has increased from 2GB to 3GB, while internal storage doubles from 32GB to 64GB. Google says the extra memory and storage help support Gemini Intelligence on the watch.

Battery capacity has also increased slightly. The 41mm model gets a 332mAh battery, up from 325mAh, while the 45mm model gets a 465mAh cell, up from 455mAh. Google’s claimed battery life remains unchanged.
The Pixel Watch 5 retains the Actua 360 AMOLED display, IP68 rating, and Bluetooth 6 connectivity. It runs Wear OS 7 and adds features including Offline Gemini assistance, One Handed Gesture Expansion, a Complication Revamp, Generative Watch Faces, guided Strength Training, improved GPS tracking, and Smart Wake alarms.
On the health side, Health Guardian adds sleep and recovery summaries, blood pressure trend summaries, and insulin resistance trend summaries. Google also claims 15% more accurate sleep tracking, with the new features backed by its Google Health Coach.
Gemini Intelligence itself won’t be available at launch and is scheduled to arrive later in 2026.
Pixel Watch 5 Price in India
The Pixel Watch 5 starts at ₹42,900 for the 41mm model in India, while the 45mm version costs ₹45,900.
In the US, the 41mm Wi-Fi model starts at $399, while the 41mm LTE, 45mm Wi-Fi, and 45mm LTE variants cost $499, $429, and $529, respectively. The starting price is $50 higher than the Pixel Watch 4’s $349.99 launch price.
Google has also announced a Steph Curry Special Edition with an exclusive band, starting at $579. Pre-orders are now open through the Google Store, with retail availability starting August 20.
