Huawei Honor 6X With Dual Rear Cameras and Krin 655 SoC Launched; Starts At Rs. 12,999

After making headlines at the CES 2017, Honor 6X has officially made its debut in India. The Honor 6x follows the same success model established by the Honor 8 and Huawei P9, following their dual camera legacy. It is exclusively available on Amazon starting at 12,999. It comes in Gold, Silver, Grey, Blue, and Rose Gold color options. Additionally, SBI card user can avail 10% off on the new smartphone.

The newly launched phone comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 403ppi pixel density.  It employs its own octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 655 chipset clocked at 4 X 2.1GHz + 4 X 1.7GHz speeds. The graphic needs are met by a Mali-T830MP2 GPU.

In India, the Honor 6X is offered in two memory options that include 3GB RAM /32GB storage and 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage.

In the optics section, it packs a dual 12MP + 2MP rear camera setup along with phase detection auto-focus and LED flash. Up front, it sports an 8MP selfie shooter. It draws juice from a 3,340 mAh battery with fast charging and comes with micro USB connectivity. Its dimension includes 150.9 x 76.2 x 8.2mm and weighs 162 grams. It also features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the back of the device.

Honor 6X comes out of the box running on EMUI 5.0 (based on Android 6 Marshmallow) but the company will roll out Android Nougat for Honor 6X in Q2, 2017. The Honor 6X 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant costs Rs. 15,999.
