HTC One X10 With 5.5-inch display, 16MP rear camera, and 4000mAh Battery goes official

HTC One X10 smartphone, the ‘big battery’ successor to One X9 has finally been announced officially. The Taiwanese company has currently only launched it in Russia where it costs 19,999 Ruble (Approx. Rs. 23,000). HTC is yet to confirm its availability and pricing outside Russia.

The HTC One X10 houses a 5.5-inch Full HD Super LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and pixel density of 441 PPI. The display also benefits from Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Primary innards include an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 chipset, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. HTC has added a storage expansion slot which supports up to 2TB of MicroSD card storage.

For shutterbugs, there’s a 16-megapixel rear mounted camera with autofocus and dual LED flash. The default camera app supports face detection, manual mode, support for RAW format, wide angle Panorama, and Hyperlapse. Up front, it boasts of an 8-megapixel shooter especially developed for selfie lovers. The phone can shoot 1920 x1080p resolution footage @30fps.

For connectivity, the HTC One X10 comes with 4G Dual SIMs, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, DLNA and Miracast. The company has packed a 4000mAh battery which as per the company can deliver up to 31 days of standby time and 26 hours of talk time.

The HTC One X10 comes in Black and Silver colour options. HTC is yet to reveal its plans to launch the One X10 in India.
