Honor the smartphone company which left India back in 2020 is making it way back to the country again. There are numerous teasers posted by the company hinting towards a possible return. In the latest development Honor has officially confirmed that the smartphone manufacturer is going to bridge the gap of three years by launch an array of new devices in the country. Madhav Sheth, who was earlier heading the Realme India is equally participating in the relaunch campaign and its quite evident that Seth is going the be the India head of Honor Technology.

Honor India Comeback

Each day, the company has been gradually unveiling separate letters from the word “HONOR,” building anticipation for the unveiling of the brand’s renewed identity in India as “HONOR Tech.” In a recent development, Sheth openly conveyed a message affirming Honor’s imminent launch of their latest smartphone series in India, marking the culmination of weeks of teasing and anticipation.

Back in 2020, Honor unveiled its latest product in the Indian market, and although no official departure was declared, the lack of subsequent launches hinted at such a possibility. However, with the passage of three years, emerging unconfirmed reports are indicating that the Honor 90, previously introduced a few months ago in China, is being looked upon as the potential catalyst for the brand’s resurgence in the Indian smartphone market.

In tandem with this development, significant strides have been made, exemplified by the inclusion of the Honor Magic Book X14 and X15 laptops on Amazon India. These collective advancements point towards a more comprehensive array of offerings from the brand.

Meanwhile, rumours are also surfacing on the web suggesting that the company will enter the Indian market with the launch of the Honor 90. The handset is expect to launch with a price tag of Rs 45,000 in mid-September. The smartphone is already available in China with a 6.7-inch OLED display and 120Hz refresh rate. On the camera part there is a 200MP camera sensor accompanied by two other lenses. Under the hood, it houses a powerful Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset.
