The Chinese consumer tech manufacturer Hisense has launched the U7Q Mini-LED TV in India, which is available in multiple screen sizes and features the new Hi-View AI Engine, as well as Mini-LED backlight technology with Full Array Local Dimming. Starting from Rs. 59,999 for the 55-inch variant, the Hisense U7Q Mini-LED TV will be available in India from Monday, June 16, 2025.

Hisense U7Q Mini-LED TV Features

The Hisense U7Q Mini-LED TV is available in five screen sizes: 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, and 100-inch. Along with Mini-LED display technology, the television offers Full Array Local Dimming, which enhances brightness and contrast for a better picture quality than regular LED or IPS panels.

Thanks to the Hi-View AI Engine processor, the television also supports AI HDR Upscaler, which upscales regular content to near-4K resolution. Additional display-related features include Quantum Dot Color for vivid colors, a filmmaker mode, AI Light Sensor, AI Smooth Motion, and AI Sports Mode.

The screen also supports multiple high-dynamic range formats, including HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision IQ. Complementing the screen is a dual-speaker system (with a subwoofer) that supports Dolby Atmos and produces up to 50W of combined output. The speakers provide multiple sound modes, including Sports, Late Night, Music, Theater, Enhanced (ARC), and Standard.

The Hisense U7Q Mini-LED supports a 144Hz variable refresh rate (in Game Mode Pro), along with AMD FreeSync Premium technology for reduced screen tearing and flicker-free visuals. It is worth pointing out that the 100-inch variant supports a 165Hz refresh rate in Game Mode Ultra.

The television runs on the VIDAA Smart operating system, and the company has promised to provide eight years of software updates. The operating system also supports voice assistants like Alexa, Google Assistant, and VIDAA Voice. Additional features of the television include Apple HomeKit, AirPlay, Share to TV, ConnectLife, and a two-year warranty.

Connectivity options on the Hisense U7Q Mini-LED Smart TV include one USB 3.0 Type-A port, one USB 2.0 Type-A port, four HDMI 2.1 ports, two ANT ports, Ethernet, Digital Audio Out, AV Input, and a headphone jack.
