GoGoA1 has launched the Electric Vehicle (EV) Conversion Kit and for now, the company has received certification by RTO for Hero Splendor. The approval for other different motorcycle variants is in pipeline and the company is expected to broaden its services.

The kit made for Hero Splendor includes a 2,000W Brushless Hub Motor, a 40aH battery, and a 10Amp charger to name the major parts.

The kit holds the ability to produce a torque of up to 63nm and the fully-charged battery runs up to 150 kilometres. The carrying capacity of the converted motorcycle will be from 100 to 300 kg.

The EV conversion kit starts at INR 35,000, but all the major parts when put together cost around INR 95,000 including taxes. Though the price is more, it will be a one-time investment plus you will get a warranty for 3 years.
