Halo Infinite setup requirements for PC revealed!

Earlier this week, 343 Industries announced Halo Infinite’s release date, and now the developer has released the minimum and recommended system requirements for PC players. Halo Infinite is the first game in the long-running series to arrive in Windows at launch. Furthermore, Halo Infinite has been “built for PC”. It offers advanced graphics settings, dynamic scaling, variable framerates (up to 120fps), triple-key bindings, and support for ultrawide and super-ultrawide monitors. On compatible PCs, Halo Infinite will run at 120fps and 4K Ultra HD, as well as on supported maps and game modes.

Halo Infinite PC system requirements

Steam and Microsoft Store show the following as the Halo Infinite PC requirements. Typical specifications include DirectX version 12 and 50GB of free storage space for Halo Infinite to install.

Halo Infinite PC minimum system requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 RS3 x64
  • Processor (CPU): AMD FX-8370 or Intel i5-4440
  • Graphics (GPU): AMD RX 570 or Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Video memory: 4GB VRAM

No information is available on the minimum specs in terms of resolution or frame rate.

Halo Infinite PC recommended system requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 19H2 x64
  • Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel i7-9700k
  • Graphics (GPU): Radeon RX 5700 XT or Nvidia RTX 2070
  • Memory: 16GB RAM
  • Video memory: 6GB VRAM

There is no word on the resolution or FPS with these specs.

Halo Infinite is available December 8 on Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC (via Steam/Microsoft Store). The game costs Rs. 3,499 on Steam and Rs. 3,999 on Microsoft Store. In the latter case, you can play it on a PC, Xbox, or both. Halo Infinite will also be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which costs Rs. 699 per month.
