Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G to launch in India on September 1

The Galaxy A52s 5G was announced by Samsung a few days ago, and the smartphone has already been launched in Europe and the United Kingdom. Samsung will launch the Galaxy A52s in India on September 1. The 5G smartphone features a Snapdragon 778G SoC and quad-cameras. Samsung has already launched the phone in select markets.

Galaxy A52s 5G Features

It features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and 800 nits peak brightness. It is the same as the Galaxy A52 5G except for the processor. One UI 3.1 runs out of the box on the smartphone, which is laid on top of a Snapdragon 778G processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB internal storage.

There is a 32MP selfie camera on the front and a 64MP+12MP+5MP+5MP quad-camera on the back. PDAF and OIS are both included in the 64MP camera sensor, and it can record 4K 30fps videos. The front-facing camera can also record 4K 30fps videos.

Galaxy A52s 5G has stereo speakers and IP67 dust and water resistance rating. It has an SD card slot, 5G connectivity, a dual-SIM card slot, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery, and it is capable of 25W fast charging. The bundled charger would be 15W, however.

Galaxy A52s 5G Price

The Galaxy A52s 5G with 6GB+128GB is listed at INR 35,999 (around $485), while the 8GB+128GB version shows a price tag of INR 37,499 (around $505). These are tentative prices and could change. We will know the real deets at launch. So, stay tuned.
