Gionee X1s with 16MP Selfie Camera and 4,000mAh battery launched for Rs 12,999

Gionee X1s is the latest addition the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has made to its portfolio in India. If you remember, Gionee launched X1 last month and this ‘S’ variant is seen as an upgrade to it. The key highlights of this new offering include a 16-megapixel selfie camera with video calling and a 4,000mAh battery. (हिंदी में पढ़ें)

Gionee X1s Features

The Gionee X1s boasts a metal unibody design. From the front, it looks like any other regular smartphone. On the rear side, there is a camera module followed by fingerprint sensor Gionee branding and loudspeaker.

The X1S flaunts a 5.2-inch HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection layered on top. It rocks a 1.5GHz MediaTek MTK6737 chipset under the hood which is coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It comes with a microSD card slot which can hold memory card up to 256GB.  

In the imaging area, the Gionee X1s houses a 16-megapixel selfie camera with soft glow flash. At the rear side, there is a13-megapixel primary camera. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box with Amigo 4.0 garnished on top. It draws power from 4,000mAh battery.

Gionee X1s Price In India and Availability Details

Gionee has confirmed that the X1S retail price in India will be Rs. 12,999  and it will be available across brick and motor store starting from September 21.
