Earlier, we gave you an exclusive leak on the vivo X200 Pro Mini and expected that model to hit the Indian market soon. But ever since the leak surfaced, vivo internally reconsidered some of the specs. Our trusted source has now revealed that the brand is making a shift; India will instead get a new device called the vivo X200 FE. We’ve received the full list of key specifications, and it’s all pointing to an imminent launch for India.
The vivo X200 FE is built around a compact but flagship-grade approach. It will feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2640 x 1216 pixels) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The screen is flat with 2.5D curved edges, just like the vivo X200 Pro mini.

Powering the phone is the new MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, which is said to be a slightly tuned version of the Dimensity 9300+. While not official yet, this chipset is expected to be unveiled soon.
On the camera front, the vivo X200 FE will be packing two 50 MP sensors—one primary and one telephoto—while the front will sport another 50 MP sensor for selfies. This is one less camera when compared to the X200 Pro Mini. Moreover, the X200 FE will feature 90W fast charging.

vivo’s X-series has generally focused on premium experiences, and this one looks like a compact alternative to the X200. The vivo X200 FE is expected to launch in India by the end of June or early July 2025. Final stage discussions for the launch date are still going on, so things could change. So if you’ve been waiting for a compact vivo flagship that won’t burn your wallet, the X200 FE could be worth the wait.
