vivo is gearing up to launch its next premium mid-range smartphone in India, the vivo V60. According to our source, the official launch date is set for August 12, and the device will debut with a refreshed design, upgraded internals, and camera improvements. The vivo V60 is rumored to be a rebranded version of the vivo S30, which was launched earlier in China.

vivo V60 Color Options and Design

The vivo V60 will be available in three color variants: Mist Grey, Moonlit Blue, and Auspicious Gold. We’ve already seen the Auspicious Gold and Moonlit Blue shades thanks to renders shared by Yogesh Brar, both of which feature the ZEISS branding. Unlike previous models, the vivo V60 is said to feature a flat display instead of a curved one.

Camera Setup

The vivo V60 will feature a triple rear camera system, including a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide sensor (replacing the earlier 50MP ultrawide), and a 50MP 3X periscope telephoto lens. On the front, there will be a 50MP selfie camera.

Specifications

The device will feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1300 Nits of HBM brightness. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and will come with UFS 2.2 storage.

For the battery, it will pack a large 6500mAh cell with 90W fast charging. It will ship with Android 15 based on Funtouch OS. The device will also offer stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and IP68 and IP69 durability ratings.

Expected Price

The expected price of the vivo V60 in India is around ₹37,000 to ₹40,000. What do you think of the new design and the camera setup? Are you excited for the vivo V60’s launch on August 12? Let us know in the comments section below.
