Through a press release, the Cupertino-based tech giant Apple announced the new M3-powered MacBook Air models. The laptops are available in 13 and 15-inch screen sizes, along with various Unified Memory and SSD storage options. Even though these are not the most affordable notebooks out there, here’s a look at their pricing. There’s not much difference in specifications other than the screen size.

Here’s How Much 13-Inch M3 MacBook Air Models Cost

Apple M3 MacBook Air

The 13-inch MacBook Air (8GB Unified Memory, 256GB SSD storage) starts from Rs. 1,14,900 in India. This model features the Apple M3 chip with an eight-core CPU, eight-core GPU, and 16-core neural engine. In the box, this model features a 30W USB-C power adapter. However, buyers must pay Rs. 2,000 more if they want the 35W Dual USB-C adapter or the 70W USB-C charger.

Those who wish to configure the laptop with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage would pay Rs. 1,54,900. This model comes with a slightly bumped-up version of the Apple M3 chip, including eight processing cores, 10 graphics cores, and a 16-core Neural Engine. This model onward, Apple provides a free option between the 35W Dual USB-C and the 70W USB-C.

The 13-inch MacBook Air with M3 chipset is configurable all the way up to 24GB of Unified Memory and 2TB of SSD. It costs Rs. 2,34,900 in India.

All these models come with a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina Display with True Tone technology, a MagSafe 3 charging port, two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports, a Force Touch trackpad, and a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. The latest M3 MacBook Air is available in four colorways: Midnight, Starlight, Space Gray, and Silver.

Further, buyers also have a choice between the 35W Dual USB-C or the 70W USB-C charging adapter.

From here on, it’s a fixed increment of Rs. 20,000 for increasing the RAM by 8GB or doubling the storage. So, if you wish to get a 15-inch M3 MacBook Air with 16GB of Unified Memory, you’d have to pay Rs. 1,54,900. Combine this model with 512GB of storage, and the cost goes up to Rs. 1,74,900. The top variant, with 24GB of Unified Memory and 2TB of SSD storage, costs Rs. 2,54,900.
