Dell Latitude 9510 business laptop with 10th-gen Intel Core i7 & 5G launched in India

Dell has introduced the Latitude 9510 in India, which is a business laptop which is touted to be the world’s most intelligent PC with built-in AI support. Besides the underlying 10th gen Intel i7 processor, the notebook also brings various proprietary features like ExpressResponse, Intelligent Audio, and ExpressSign-in.

Dell Latitude 9510 Specs

Starting with the design, it’s available in both regular (1.45kg) and a 2-in-1 convertible format (1.5kg). The front panel measures 15-inch diagonally with an FHD resolution, 400 nits peak brightness, and 16:9 aspect ratio. Rest its a touch-friendly screen that accepts Active Pen inputs.

It harnesses the power outta 10th-gen Intel Core i7 vPro CPU. The graphics are handled by the integrated Intel UHD GPU. It will be out in multiple SKUs sporting up to 16GB LPDDR3 SDRAM and up to 1TB M.2 2230 PCIe/NVMe Class 35 SSD storage.

For connectivity, the Latitude 9510 boasts WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and eSIM, which means 5G (thanks to Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 modem), 4G (courtesy of Qualcomm Snapdragon X20 LTE-A modem).

As for ports, you get a bunch of options viz. 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports with Power Delivery & DisplayPort (USB Type-C), USB 3.1 Gen 1 (with PowerShare, USB Type-A), 1 HDMI 2.0, an external SIM card tray, an SD 4.0 memory card reader, and optional contacted SmartCard Reader and a capacitive fingerprint scanner cum power button combo.

The laptop is running on a 6-Cell 88 Wh battery that claims up to 34 hours of use time on a single charge. And when it dies, revive it from flat to 80-percent in an hour.

That’s not all. Dell extols the AI capability of this machine, something which is addressed early in the intro. Yeah, it is called Dell Optimizer.

What is Dell Optimizer?

Dell Optimizer is an AI-based productivity enhancer for your workflow. It functions in lieu of the following tasks:

  • ExpressResponse, which improves the speed and performance of your apps. This benefits in multi-tasking experience.
  • ExpressSign-in, which auto wakes and logs in through Windows Hello. Not just that, it also intelligently locks the laptop when you move away.
  • Intelligent Audio, which dilutes ambient noise while you’re on con-calls.
  • ExpressCharge Boost, which as the name indicates enhances the charging time (about 35% charge in 15 minutes).

Dell Latitude 9510 is currently available in India at a starting price of Rs. 1,49,000 (excluding taxes) through the official site.
