Blind AI is a skinny old woman who is blind. She is involved with British Intelligence and has been blind most of her life. Deadpool was hired to kill her but he killed everyone around her letting her flee. Years later, he meets Blind AI again and captures her.
AI acts as a prisoner, friend, housekeeper, and mother figure to Deadpool. He mistreated her quite a few times but slowly AI established a subtle authority over him and became the only person who stood up to Deadpool. Slowly their relationship improves and they start sharing adventures together. Her screen time in the last few movies wasn’t much but her presence can surely be felt.
3. Hugh Jackman as Wolverine

If Deadpool isn’t enough, Wolverine will be joining the cast this time. The last time High Jackman played Logan was in 2019, and there was no hope of his return, so this is a happy surprise. The result, he is back with his adamantium claws, and this time in a comic-accurate Wolverine suit.
4. Morena Baccarin as Vanessa

She is one of the most loved characters in the entire franchise. Everyone’s heart broke when she was killed in the second part. However, by the end of Deadpool 2, Wade goes back in time and saves her from being killed, which explains why she is coming back to Deadpool 3.
5. Rob Delaney as Peter Wisdom
His character, too, died in the last movie but will be back this time. However, in what capacity remains to be seen.
6. Karan Soni as Dopinder

Dopinder is Deadpool’s sidekick. He is a sheepish, timid cab driver who was first seen in 2016. He did not have a lot of screen time in Deadpool 1 but was seen for a significant duration in Deadpool 2. Now, he will be back to support Deadpool in the third movie.
7. Briana Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead

Colossus’s intern will also be back. Like Colossus, we don’t know much about the importance of her role, but then, that is what July 26 is for, right?
8. Stefan Kapicic as Colossus

He has appeared in the last two movies and will continue to appear this time as well. The extent of his performance remains to be seen. The moral conflict between Deadpool and Colossus will be fun to witness, as always.
9. Shioli Kutsuna as Yukio
She first appeared in Deadpool 2, where she had a minor character. The only thing she did was fix Cable’s teleportation device for Deadpool, which proved to be useful for him. We didn’t see what was the result of her actions, so Deadpool 3 could be revolving around it.

10. Jennifer Garner as Elektra

First seen in the 2005 Marvel movie, Jennifer Garner as Elektra will be back this time.
11. Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova

She is joining the Deadpool franchise as the main villain. The first trailer gave a brief glimpse of Emma’s character; however, the latest one saw her in all glory and gave a sneak peek into her powers as well.
She seems responsible for the destruction of Wolverine’s world and is now all set to destroy Deadpool’s world. The trailer sees Deadpool taking help from Wolverine to save his world from Cassandra.
12. Matthew Macfayden as Paradox

He is also a brand new face joining the Deadpool family. Paradox is a variant of Mobius who is a relatively minor character in the comics and is a judge in the TVA. How his role plays out in the movie remains to be seen.
13. Tyler Mane as Sabretooth
A new teaser for the movie revealed Tyler Mane as Sabretooth. He is returning in Deadpool 3 after almost 24 years and fans can’t wait to see how his role shapes out.
14. Aaron Stanford as Pyro
One more character making a comeback after a decade is Aaron Stanford as Pyro. He seems to be returning sporting a Comic-inspired suit, and seeing him would offer a good dose of nostalgia.

16. Jason Flemyng as Azazel
Jason Flemyng’s portrayal of Azazel is an Easter egg in the trailer. A glimpse of his character is visible in the trailer, which indicates he might have a pivotal role to play.
