Coolpad Note 5 With Snapdragon 617 chipset and 4GB RAM Launched At Rs 10,999

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Coolpad, just unwrapped its metal unibody Note 5 at a launch event in New Delhi. The phone will be an Amazon Exclusive and will retail in open sales starting October 20, 2016. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 10,999 and will initially be available in Gold and Grey color options.

Note 5 is the first Coolpad Note powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. At the heart of it, it employs a Snapdragon 617 Chipset along with 4GB RAM for efficient multitasking. Up front, it features 5.5-inch full HD display with 2.5D curved glass. It comes with 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB using a MicroSD card (Hybrid slot).

On the photography front, it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED Flash. On the other side, it bears a 8-meagapixel camera with flash for low-light selfies. Coolpad continues to persist with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Note 5 also features what company claims to be a fast and accurate fingerprint sensor. It comes with 4G with VoLTE support and runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with new Cool UI. The phone is backed by a 4010mAh battery which supports reverse charging and fast charging.
