Canon Launches EOS 200D Camera With 24.2MP CMOS Sensor And 9-point Autofocus At Rs. 47,495

Japanese camera company Canon has now brought into the market yet another addition to its EOS range of DSLR cameras with a compact snapper that it is calling the EOS 200D. The device is an entry-level outing by the company and has been designed with an aim to keep things light and compact.

Treading more on the design, the 200D seems nimble changes, such as the integration of mode dial on the camera’s surface, reduction in its flash circuit board, and grain finish to lend a premium feel.

Coming to the specifications, the camera comes with a 24.2MP APS-C CMOS image sensor, a DIGIC 7 image processor as well as a 3-inch Vari-angle touch panel.

Furthermore, the 200D boasts of 60p Full HD (maximum) video recording capabilities, has a 9-point Autofocus and also comes with WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity options.

There is also a dedicated Selfie mode available, which comes in with various settings such as background defocus, brightness and smooth skin effect.

The Canon 200D is available in black color and will cost you Rs. 47,495 (with an EF-S18-55 IS STM kit lens) and Rs. 60,495 (with an EF-S18-55 IS STM + EF-S55-250 IS STM kit lens).

As far as its availability is concerned, it will be made available at the end of the next month, across all stores of the company.
