Blaupunkt has launched two QLED smart TVs with Google TV integration. While one comes with a 43-inch, the other has a 55-inch screen. They offer several features, including support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, dual-band Wi-Fi, DTS TruSurround technology, and several ports for easy connectivity. The televisions are exclusively available via Flipkart, where customers can also avail of a discount when using select bank cards.

The Blaupunkt 43-inch TV offers UltraHD 4K resolution, has a peak brightness of 550 nits, and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision video formats. The panel rests inside a bezel-less frame that looks modern and sits on an alloy stand. In the audio department, the smart TV features two 25W speakers that support Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS TruSurround technology. Users can also choose from several sound modes (standard, movie, music, sports) to tune the output.

Under the hood, the smart TV runs on the quad-core MT9062 processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage to download and install apps. Speaking of apps, the television features Google TV, a familiar smart TV platform that is easy to navigate, provides more than 10,000 apps, and comes with Google Assistant and Chromecast/AirPlay built-in. Regarding ports, the product has three HDMI and two USB ports. Wireless connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0.

The Blaupunkt 43-inch QLED TV is listed on Flipkart for Rs. 33,999, but as part of an introductory offer, it is available at Rs. 28,999. Further, those with an ICICI, Axis, or Kotak Bank card can avail of an additional 10% discount on the smart TV.

Although it might look like the 55-inch Google TV is similar to the 43-inch QLED TV, there are a few key differences. Although the Blaupunkt 55-inch Google TV offers a larger display, it features an IPS panel, providing better viewing angles but missing out on the higher contrast ratio that a QLED TV offers. Further, the large-screen TV only supports HDR10+. Further, the screen supports a slightly lesser peak brightness of 500 nits.

Regarding audio, the larger TV has two speakers, generating 30W each, resulting in a total output of 60W. The product also supports Dolby Digital Plus and DTS TruSurround (with similar sound modes). Other specifications of the smart TV, including the RAM, storage, Google TV integration, and the number of ports, remain identical. It is important to mention that both models offer a year warranty on the product and a six-month warranty on the accessories.

While the smart TV is listed on Flipkart for Rs. 46,999, it is available at an introductory price of Rs. 34,999. Further, those with an ICICI, Axis, or Kotak Bank card can get a 10% instant discount, further discounting the price.
